Villa Klinai is a lovely and cute hotel located in a stunning area. the location is walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cute and fabulous venue, nice location right by the centre of Cerviteli, the airport and easy to find. Soft bed, beautiful bathroom and central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge in the room. Delightful views out over garden.

The room was spotless and had a really nice bathroom. the breakfast was delicious; we really loved it. the location of this place was fantastic – close to the beach, downtown, and the airport. 🌅

Additionally, it's only 3 miles away from the Etruscan Necropolises of Cerveteri.

Loved the pool and free WiFi. The parking was massive, felt like I was driving through a maze. The breakfast spread was so huge, I thought I was at an all-you-can-eat buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming villa in a quiet location near Rome. The villa was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The family who owns the villa was incredibly kind and even cooked pasta for me in the evening. I also enjoyed their delicious house wine. The rooms were beautifully decorated and stylish. It was a shame I couldn't stay longer, but I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The database accurately described it as the nearest hotel to the airport, located just 24.9 miles away. As a frequent traveler, I value convenience, and this hotel definitely delivered. The close proximity to the airport made my transit seamless, allowing me to save precious time and energy.

This was easily overcome as there was a sign at the corner indicating the way to the hotel.

Breakfast included coffee, local sweets, prosciutto and cheese, but could have been improved in terms of variety. the terrace was a nice place to enjoy breakfast. It was easy to get to the airport.

The breakfast spread was top-notch with a variety of delicious baked goodies and freshly brewed coffee. the attentive staff was a joy to interact with, always offering useful advice on exploring the city and its Christmas markets. the comfortable and well-maintained rooms offered a good night's rest.
